Standard 60-minute consultation

A standard 60-minute consultation (face to face or videocall) = $255.

Appointments are offered between 9am–5pm, Monday to Thursday.

A referral is not required in order to book an appointment, however if you have been referred with a valid Mental Health Care Plan from a GP or psychiatrist you may be eligible for Medicare rebates for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

Full payment of $255 is required on the day of your appointment, and we are then able to process your Medicare rebate on the spot, with $141.85 being reimbursed back into your nominated bank account (meaning the out of pocket cost per session will be $113.15).

Private health insurance is also accepted. The amount covered will vary depending on your provider and level of cover. It is recommended you check this amount with your provider prior to booking your session, if opting to use private health over Medicare rebates (please note that Medicare and private health cannot be used in conjunction – only one rebate may be claimed per session).

For online sessions, we use a secure web-based system called Zanda, which meets the highest security standards necessary for psychological practice.

Similar to Zoom, we will email you a link to the video call on the day of your appointment, which will take you straight through to the call, without needing to download any software.
